To our great shame, June is now recognized around the world as "PRIDE month." We can thank God that June is behind us and we no longer have to be bombarded with state and corporate sexual indoctrination everywhere we look.
In our small town, we started June off with the third annual PRIDE Parade on Sunday June 4th. And Saturday July 1st they hosted their first annual PRIDE Festival at our local county fairgrounds. There was a time in my life when I would never have expected to see either of these events in our town or county. Let alone two of them bracketing a single month. But now I have, and it is both saddening and sickening all at once.
Every time I think of a PRIDE parade I think of the verse, “The look on their faces testifies against them; they parade their sin like Sodom; they do not hide it. Woe to them! They have brought disaster upon themselves"– Isa. 3:9 (NIV). You would be hard-pressed to find a more fitting verse. It has been a steady progression for decades now. First, all the LGB community wanted their lifestyle to be decriminalized and they said they simply wanted to be left alone. They would keep their bedroom activity hidden, “in the closet.” But then they wanted to come out of the closet and be able to practice their perversion in peace. Next, they wanted their perversion to be recognized as a legitimate if different type of lifestyle. Next, they wanted that lifestyle, given equality with heterosexuals, namely, to be able to marry the same sex and be celebrated equally. Now they are demanding we celebrate their relationships, or else. Their perversions that God calls abominable. If we do not, they will cancel us. If they have their way soon, they will have all dissenters criminalized for “hateful” views i.e. the biblical view. The view in line with science and nature. But it gets worse.
They are coming for our children. From the popular song by the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus where they sing about it mockingly to chants heard at PRIDE marches and events. They are not hiding. They are coming for our children. We used to only have “Drag Queens” at gay bars. Now they are at local libraries and schools for “Drag Queen Story Hour.” At our PRIDE Parade on June 4th the “Roseburg High School Gender and Sexuality Alliance” led the whole parade. At the PRIDE Festival this Saturday they warned guests not to display their genitals. Why? Not because it is disgusting and rude, no. Not because they are calling this a family-friendly event and children will be present, no. The only reason they included this rule is because it is against the fairground’s policy! The LGBTQ+ community is steeped in wanton perversion and have no shame! From senior citizens in wheelchairs down to babies in strollers, the message is clear, no one is off limits. They are coming for our children and in many cases, they have them.
Contrary to what they say, they do not want to free the minds of children. They want to enslave them to sin and perversion. They want to sexualize them with filthy books and classes and government-sanctioned training. And ultimately, their desire is to murder them, sexually mutilate them, and sexually molest them.
Yes murder. You will not find a louder and angrier group of baby murder (i.e. abortion) supporters than the LGBTQ+ community. Why? “But he who sins against me wrongs his own soul; All those who hate me love death” – Prov. 8:36 (NKJV). God haters love death! No wonder God told us through Isaiah, “Woe to those who call evil good and good evil.” If they cannot murder them in the womb, they drag them into their perverse community where youth suicide themselves at a rate some 400% higher than other youth! Add to that, the average age of death for LGB people is in their forties! The average age for heterosexuals is in their seventies! Mental, emotional, and spiritual perversion and delusion leads to young death. Plus the physical diseases and injuries brought on by sexual behavior that defies the natural use of the human body God intended leads to young death! Death reigns in this community and Satan rejoices! Let us weep!
One of the ways leading to death is the sexual mutilation taking place. Kids, sometimes before they know what gender is, are being coerced into chemically and surgically mutilating themselves. Some so badly that even if they do one day repent, they've cut themselves off from ever being able to obey God’s command to, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it” - Gen. 1:28 (ESV). On top of that many of those who “transition” will forever be medically traumatized in countless ways. This new era of medical abuse would make many a Nazi blush at this sick experimentation!
Finally, sexual molestation. They call themselves MAPs (Minor Attracted Persons) and intend to have their flag added to the “+” in the LGBTQ+ movement. And despite the current pushback, they are gaining ground. It is no secret that the percentage of child molesters is astronomically higher with gay men than anyone else! The lower end of the statistical studies say that twenty percent of molested boys are molested by homosexual males, which means less than two percent of the population commit twenty percent of the molestations! That is ten boys for every homosexual molester and less than one boy each for the other ninety-eight percent of molesters! For years countless homosexual publications have justified and argued for pedophilia. The LGBTQ+ community does not want you to look at those articles and books. At least not yet. As soon as they can, MAPs will be integrated into the alphabet army. Then the articles and books will flow freely.
They are coming for our children. To murder, mutilate, and molest them. What are we to do? Remember:“For though we walk in the flesh, we are not waging war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds. We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ,” - 2 Corinthians 10:3-5
So: “Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one; and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints,” - Ephesians 6:10-18
Knowing that just as we had no hope of salvation without the grace and mercy of Christ so neither do the LGBTQ+ community and therefore we will bring them the law and gospel they need, for: “the law was our tutor to bring us to Christ,” - Galatians 3:24 and “the gospel of Christ,…is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes,” - Romans 1:16 (ESV)
Oh, Lord send out your Church into this dark and corrupt world, especially into the prideful LGBTQ+ community, to be salt and light for the glory of your name and for the salvation of your people from their sin. Soli Deo Gloria!
